The Mommy and Me or Daddy and Me class begins March 2 at the Hess Fitness Center dance room, 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The class will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays for four weeks.
Learn ways to improve your fitness with your toddler.
Involve your child in your workout. Familiarize your child with the fitness center.
Learn fun and creative ways to use exercise balls, weights, your own body weight, and your child's weight to get fit.
Bring your stroller and get out and walk with your child.
