Get some spring in your physical program with fitness center events

March 1, 4 p.m., Warrior Fitness Center, Half Marathon Training Circuit -- train with fitness center staff every Monday and Wednesday at 4 p.m. beginning March 1 for the Hill Air Force Base Half-Marathon on May 22. This will be a 12-week training program. Sign up at the fitness center.

March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, 10 a.m.-noon, at the Warrior Health and Fitness Center, Basketball Skills Competitions -- Every Wednesday participants will be eligible for filling out a NCAA Tournament bracket as winners get rewarded in each event.

March 13, "Survivor: Out Think, Out Run, Out Last" the competition in the Warrior Fitness Center's Fitness Survivor, a spin-offof the popular TV show "Survivor." Teams of five (minimum two males and two females) will test their physical and mental abilities in various challenges. Teams will be eliminated after each of the 10 rounds until the lone team remains. Interested teams must sign up by March 6.
