Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time as the Traffic Safety Working Group will be implementing the following changes on Monday, March 22:
- 4th Street between "E" Avenue and "D" Avenue will be one-way eastbound. A "Do Not Enter" sign will be installed at 4th Street and "D" Avenue and a "One Way" sign at 4th Street and "E" Avenue.
- "Trucks Exiting" signs will be installed on 6th Street between Liberty and "H" Avenueââ-ââBalmer Street intersection.
- "No Left Turn" and "Exit Only" signs will be installed on Arsenal Road between "M" and Building 891 involving a change in traffic entering and exiting the parking lot for Building 891. There will be "Right Hand Turn Only" signs out of north Parking Lot 84 onto northbound Arsenal Road. Only the south driveway will be used for entering Parking Lot 84 and southbound exiting.
Security Forces personnel will be on hand as necessary to monitor traffic and issue citations.
