Efforts to 'freecycle' office furniture at Hill

"Freecycling" is a term that describes the recycling of an unwanted item by offering it to someone else for free. Team Hill has its own business version of "freecycling," one of the trendier attempts in these fiscally tighter times.

In coordination with continued efforts to clean up and restore usable space it has been coordinated with the DLA Disposition Services (previously DMRO) to allow the turn-in of specific office furniture items WITHOUT the normal required paperwork.

Please remember that it is imperative that no paperwork be left behind in desks, shelving and cabinets, when delivering them to DLA Disposition Services.

On Aug. 5, DLA Disposition Services will be accepting both serviceable and unserviceable desks.

On Aug. 19, DLA Disposition Services will be accepting both serviceable and unserviceable chairs.

If you have any questions on what is or isn't acceptable please contact David Beasley at (801) 777-8044.
