New owner of landmark building and business wants to save this bit of Ogden history

The Vacuum Exchange,  on the southwest corner of 32nd Street and Washington Boulevard, in Ogden, has a new owner, who hopes to have the building added to the local historic register. She also plans to maintain the same level of customer service at the business with the aid of Larry Wardley, whose family owned the business since the 1940s.
