Woman suspected of removing fetus from mother, killing both

MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee woman abducted a young pregnant mother and removed her fetus just days before the baby was due, killing both of them, authorities said. The suspect was arrested after she tried to pass the baby off as her own.

SUNSET -- Police have identified the man who was killed when struck by a FrontRunner train late Wendesday night.

Robbie Natthan Lucero, 22, was killed on the train tracks about 400 to 500 yards north of the 2300 North crossing. The area is unlit and not a designated pedestrian crossing.
