Getting through the hectic holiday season can be especially tough when you're grieving the loss of someone you love. How do get through the busy days ahead with Christmas cheer you may not be feeling?

That question and many more are addressed in a new book compiled by Brigham City native Gloria Horsley and her daughter Heidi Horsley. The book "Open to Hope: Inspirational Stories of Handling the Holidays After Loss" ($12.95) is a companion piece to their other new book "Open to Hope: Inspirational Stories of Healing After Loss" ($14.95).
