Mystery still surrounds missing Wyo. boy 10 years later

CASPER, Wyo. -- Ten years ago today, Casper 13-year-old Justin Phillip Harris disappeared, vanishing from a boys' shelter on the north side of town.To this day, what happened to Harris the night of Feb. 14, 2004, until he was discovered missing Sunday, Feb. 15 - and in the 10 years since - remains a mystery.

OGDEN -- Despite a muscular effort involving close to a hundred searchers and giant backhoes rechanneling the Weber River, Corbin Anderson remained missing Saturday night.

Excavation work on Weber River might help in search of missing boy

People watch as crew members continue to work on digging a channel to divert the Weber River by the kayak park in Ogden Friday. Lt. Mark Lowther with the Weber County Sheriff's Office said the water will be diverted Saturday to coordinate with lowering the water levels of the river at Echo Reservoir. OGDEN -- Two full days of excavation work on the Weber River is making it possible for what police believe will be a successful search for a 4-year-old boy who presumably drowned April 28.

  OGDEN -- Heavy equipment was brought in Thursday morning to assist in the search for a 4-year-old boy presumed drowned in the Weber River.
