TUCSON, Ariz. — The family of a 6-year-old girl who disappeared from her bedroom was being kept away from their home in Tucson after an FBI dog search early Monday turned up information that required a follow-up, investigators said.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The civil trial against Casey Anthony has been delayed until next year. Circuit Judge Lisa T. Munyon reset the trial Tuesday after the plaintiff's lawyer notified the court of a conflict with a previously scheduled case in Duval County.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Orange Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon has issued an order stating Casey Anthony must answer limited questioning from Texas EquuSearch attorneys.

The order stems from a closed-door hearing held Tuesday on the issue of whether Anthony, 25, should be made to answer a series of questions posed by TES attorneys.
