CLEVELAND -- Three women found alive after a decade in captivity endured lonely, dark lives inside a dingy home where they were raped and allowed outside only a handful of times in disguises while walking to a garage steps away, investigators say.

CLEVELAND — The woman’s voice was frantic and breathless, and she was choking back tears. “Help me. I’m Amanda Berry,” she told a 911 dispatcher. “I’ve been kidnapped and I’ve been missing for 10 years and I’m, I’m here, I’m free now.”

HALF MOON BAY, Calif. — Several Coast Guard vessels and aircraft are searching the ocean south of San Francisco for four people who reported their sailboat was sinking, including two children under 8.

BURLEY, Idaho  -- Cassia County sheriff's detectives are still searching for two employees who were reported missing from the Alpine Garden Inn in Burley on May 4.

A felony warrant for grand theft with a $250,000 bond has been issued out of Cassia County for James Duane Ambrose, 55. He is suspected of stealing a vehicle from the motel. He was last seen in the Las Vegas area a couple of weeks ago.

Russ Taft, 54, is also missing.

PHOENIX -- Authorities say an Idaho woman who allegedly took her three children in a custody squabble may be in the Phoenix metropolitan area on the way to Mexico.

ROY — Layton police believe they have recovered evidence to help them solve the case of Victor Flores, who has been missing since May.

What exactly that evidence is, police are not saying, but officers from Layton and Roy, along with Roy public works employees, spent Monday and Tuesday slowly digging a hole next to a duplex at 3612 W. 4550 South in Roy.

A pair of missing outdoor enthusiasts were found safe following two unrelated searches over the weekend.
