MORGAN -- In the aftermath of criminal financial charges against its former council administrator, the Morgan County Council has hired a new independent auditor.

MORGAN -- In an economy riddled with bank failures and little new construction, one Morgan County developer is grasping at anything that can help keep his Mountain Green subdivision afloat.
MORGAN -- Former Morgan County Council Administrator Garth B. Day's first appearance in 2nd District Court was spent listening to the judge reiterate a long laundry list of charges against him.
