OGDEN -- A Roy woman is alive and well thanks to two teenagers and a police officer who rescued her from the Ogden River.
A van of teenagers was driving by 500 Park Blvd. around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. They came to a stop when they saw that Ruthann Hall, 50, had fallen in. Someone yelled "Stop" because "somebody is in the river, a lady holding onto a branch," Ogden police Lt. Eric Young said.
