Many won't take responsibility for actions

In our every day struggle of life, one would think that there are individuals and businesses who still have honesty, integrity, fairness and a care for us as people or customers. Most fall into this category. But I am sorry to say that one does not.

On Feb. 24, 2009, I was walking through the entrance of one business when I tripped on edge of a mat that was up over a metal piece. I fell forward, landing on the left side of my face. This fall caused neuropathy and the whole side of my face went numb. I couldn't feel myself shaving with an electric razor. This problem I still have today with the numbness centered around my left eye.

An accident report was filed and months passed. To this day this business denied the claim, saying it was my fault and they were not responsible. This attitude is so prevalent in the world today as we see in stabbings, shootings, road rage, where no responsibility is claimed. When are we going to wake up and take responsibility for our actions or what may cause an injury? I hope soon.

These are signs of the times that the second coming is near and I hope that most of us will be ready when that happens.
