Take the last 10 month, Please! His greatest achievement is logging more flight hours in Air Force-1 than any other president in history.
I suggest that Congress issue a dictum that the President must spent twice as many hours behind the Oval Office Desk for each hour he is sprinting around in the Presidential Aircraft.
Better yet, deduct the cost of each flight hour from his salary that is not directly essential to the welfare of the Nation.
Even more excellent,require each person in Congress read and initial each page of those bills before submitting to the President who then shall initial each page before he signs and inflicts it upon the populace of this great nation.

Here is one un-constitutional move: ACORN, indicted for vote fraud and intimidation is partnered with Rahm Emannuel as Obama Chief of Staff to conduct the 23rd decinniel 2010 US Census. Art 1 Sec 2 of the US Constitution mandates the Census be done by the US Commerce Dept whose Secretary must be vetted by Congress. Obama has thus far not proved his eligibility to be President, put the White House in charge of the Census, hired 40 personal assistants and 32 Czars and put a Tax Cheat in charge of the Treasury and bank bailout funds.

The Czars are unconstitutional in the sense that they are taking critical functions away from the congressional committees that exist and putting that power into the white house. This is a violation of the seperation of powers.
Previous presidents called "similar" people "special advisors" not "czars" and their job was to advise the president, not make and or enforce policy.
This is actually not the first time H1N1 has attacked people. So if someone tries to patent the virus itself, there is "previous art", unless it is purely a genetical modification, in which case, this "pandemic" is man made and someone should pay for all the deaths that have resulted.

Show us where the Czars have done anything that is unconstitutional so far (as in a real proven fact).
Calling “special advisors” a czars is not a problem, show us where any czars have made or enforced any policy that was outside of their powers (word games are not at question).
It is better to have the H1N1 vaccine before there is pandemic, there is no problem here.
