Godfrey continues with economic improvements

The boy scouts have a long-standing philosophy of leaving things better than you found them. Have you driven through the heart of Ogden lately? See any changes? See any improvements? I know some out there would still love to see old rotting buildings and deserted fields that remain, well, deserted. I am not sure what philosophy these folks would like to embrace but I am enjoying this scouting one.
