(UNEDITED) in the recent terrible incident at ft. hood there were and continues to be many conclusions on the matter. why not take an intelligent view and wait till the smoke clears and the dust settles before reaching an opinion? and why not wait till a through investigation is done and all the facts are in before we start pointing fingers at who, what or why? let us all know for sure if this was an act by one person or if it was a terrorist plot?
just like when the japanese bombed pearl harbor, not all japanese were guilty and not all germans were nazis, so are not all muslims terrorist. allow what many of us who served in our country's military and some died for so that everyone may have a fair and impartial trail with lady justice over-seeing that this is done. let's show the rest of the world specially those radicals who see us all as infidel devils, that we are a country of fair play and justice for all. if this had been done in other country's, the shooter would have been executed on the spot and not been giving the same medical treatment that the major in question is receiving and will continue to have. only in this country will this ever happen to such a person who is accused of performing such a heinous act. so let's not go and fly off the handle to prosecute and hang someone before he or she has the same type of humane treatment as we would want for ourselves as well as our love ones.
