Walking across the Narrow Neck

(UNEDITED) Last week I walked across the Book of Mormon's "Narrow Neck of Land". It took me 6 ¬½ hours to walk across the Isthmus of Rivas in Nicaragua.

This is the place I consider to be the geographical feature that is key to the geography of the Book of Mormon. Everything else can be extrapolated from there.
