In response to the April 2 letter, "Too much in the paper about Garn," the Standard's coverage was very appropriate.
The writer's claim that the 15-year-old Cheryl Maher was more at fault than Kevin Garn is ridiculous. First of all, Garn was her boss and church leader, as well as being 15 years her senior. The other things that have been brought out about Mr. Garn shows the Standard's coverage was correct and proper.
