Well, Gov. Gary Herbert has taken our rivers and streams away. Let's take some money from him. I call on all fisherman, rafters, hunters and kayakers to boycott fishing in the stte of Utah for three years. Don't buy a fishing license.
Let's not plant fish in private property rivers for three years. Let's cut the cash flow.
