Illegals are outside law; not under U.S. jurisdiction

"All persons born or naturalized in the US and subject to jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the US" -14th Amendment. Free persons removed from West Africa's Gold and Ivory Coast were brought to America and made Chattel Slaves. Made free by the Emacipation Proclamation, slaves were provided US Citizenship by adoption of the 14th Amendment in 1868; a person abducted from his homeland is not free. Skull & Bones "Brotherhood of Death Society" Supreme Court Chief Justice Morrison "Mott" Waite expanded the 14th Amendment by providing Corporations such as the Railroads with the 14th Amendment rights of US Citizens; how can a Corporation be born or naturalized?

San Francisco Judge Vaughn Walker cited the 14th Amendment as reason to offer marriage rights to gay and lesbian couples. No matter how one feels about the issue, Marriage is defined as a "Man and Woman living under law as Husband and Wife"; no judge can change that. Texas now cites the 14th Amendment as reason for offering US Citizenship to some 60,000 children per year born in the US to illegal immigrants; Arizona, Utah, Colorado, California, New Mexico have similar issues. Again, no matter how one feels about the issue, Illegal Immigrants are not uner US jurisdiction or the Constitution; they are outside the law.

Next stop for this issue will be the a 2/3 House and Senate Vote, plus 3/4 of State Legislatures; if this seems unlikely, the US Supreme Court may take issue; let's hope John Roberts, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan vote on the intent of the law rather than their personal feelings. Nobody needs another Civil War do they?
