There is an advertisement on TV that has usage of the word "God" as part of its pitch to sell tires. I do hope this does not become a common practice just like some people's language has become when they misuse the word "God" to emphasize something. There are some words and some names that deserve to be sacred. "God" is definitely at the top of the list.
I will not buy tires from this company in the future. Their selection of wording in their ad is not proper or respectful in my way of thinking. Maybe "god will be more forgiving than I am.
