No-sense politicians cost us money

I have a couple of questions. Why did $13 million have to be given to a contract that had the losing bid on a government construction job? Also, who paid the $13 million? Why do we taxpayers keep voting for these lack-of-common-sense politicians?

Remember when we taxpayers donated $700 billion (yes, billion) because of our elected officials decisions? Wow!
