America's road to serfdom (slavery) is outlined below:
1901-1909 - Pres. Theordore Roosevelt - the first progressive president was first to call for universal healthcare, Social Security. He created the labor deparment and sought after easier ways to amend the Constitution. He also called for graduated tax.
1913-1921- Pres. Woodrow Wilson took office and 1913 was labeled the worst year ever because he signed into law, the taxing of personal incomes. The federal Reserve was created. All previous president fought against a Federal Reserve. Pres. Wilson started to "dumb-down our society" by not teaching our correct history.
1933-1945 - Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt created "The New Deal" and 34 government agencies were created. Social Security was passed into law and Fannie Mae was created. FDR took the U.S. off the gold standard.
1963-1969 - Pres. Lyndon B. Johnson's "Great Society" created Medicare, Headstart and the Jobs Corps Program.
1977-1981 - Pres. Jimmy Carter created the Federal Department of Education.
2001-2009 - Pres. George W. Bush crated Medicare, Part D.
2009-present - Pres. Barack Obama passed into law a universal healthcare program. He spent more than all presidents combined.
We've allowed ourselves to become slaves. We haven't been taught who progressives are and their goals for big government, power and control. We haven't been taught our full history. Some women were able to vote in the 1700s. They were voting with the Federalists and when the Anti-Federalists came into power, women's voting rights were taken away. Women got them back in 1920. We had African Americans who were judges, politicians, patriots in the revoltion. We have been going through "reconstructionism" for the past 60 years. This means that history has been focusing on the negatives of our country and not the positives.
Dresden James said, "The ideal tyranny is that which is ignorantly self-administered by its victims. The most perfect slaves are therefore, those which blissfully and unawarely enslave themselves."
"Silence is the face of evil is itself evil. God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act" - Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
