Mural celebrates Ogden's 'Breaking Through' in outdoor recreation

Sherry Ferrin works on painting a mural with her grandchildren on the side of a parking structure at 23rd Street and Washington Boulevard in Ogden on Thursday. The vinyl painting celebrates the changes the city has made, including its attraction of top sporting activities.
