SBlt Where: In the vicinity of 1900 West 4300 South

SBlt Synopsis: A Piper PA-22-150 that was 136 pounds overweight stalled following takeoff and crashed

SBlt Injuries: Four people killed on the ground

 

SBlt Date: Aug. 30, 2005

SBlt Where: 4300 South

SBlt Synopsis: A Piper PA-28R-180 that had difficulty climbing struck a telephone pole and then a house

SBlt Injuries: None

 

SBlt Date: Dec. 5. 2010

SBlt Where: 4300 and 4350 South

SBlt Synopsis: A Cessna 210 clipped a power pole and a tree while attempting to land in dense fog at Ogden-Hinckley Airport. Roof of a home is heavily damaged and a garage at a second residence is destroyed.

SBlt Injuries: Pilot sustains serious burns but no one on the ground is hurt
