Psychologist: Silver Eagle explosion caused PTSD

FARMINGTON -- The Silver Eagle refinery explosion did more damage to Brian Horne's mental state than the dive he took into Lake Powell that paralyzed him when he was 18, a forensic psychologist says.

LAYTON -- Already a graduate from the school of hard knocks, 27-year-old Kirk Green, who is a quadriplegic, expanded his education by capturing a bachelor of science degree in business/accounting from the University of Phoenix in Salt Lake City.
