ROY -- First Baptist Church of Roy, 2025 W. 5700 South, will host a special event, "Christ in the Passover," presented by Susan Mendleson, with Jews for Jesus, at 7 p.m. April 5.
According to a church news release, Mendleson will answer the question, "What do the Jewish Passover and Jesus' last supper have in common?" and will offer insights on how the pieces of God's plan of salvation fit together. This vital display of the Passover pageantry will be remembered for years to come, the release states.
