OGDEN -- More than a dozen Roy High School students have come forward with information about a campus bomb plot, police said Friday.
Officials decided to release the name of a juvenile suspect, Joshua Kyler Hoggan, 16, in the hopes it would generate more leads, said Roy police spokeswoman Anna Bond.
"It gives us more information," she said Friday.
Hoggan and 18-year-old Dallin Todd Morgan, also a Roy High student, have been arrested for what court documents describe as plans to commit a Columbine High School-style massacre.
