OGDEN -- An Ogden man was arrested after police say he sexually molested a 7-year-old girl and showed her pornographic images.
Weston Locke, 45, was booked into Weber County Jail on Tuesday on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault of a child and dealing harmful material to a minor.
Police Lt. Scott Conley said the sexual contact occurred from October to December of last year. The victim would visit Locke at his Ogden home during that time.
"During these visits, he said the 7-year-old became very curious and wanted to know about sex," Conley said. "She wanted to know about hers and his private parts."
Conley said at some point, Locke and the child both removed their clothing and he pointed out different anatomy parts of each.
When the girl was interviewed, she told police that she had also watched movies with Locke on his computer that depicted pornographic acts.
Conley said Locke at one point also touched the girl in her private areas and had the girl touch him as well.
The girl told her mother about the sexual encounters, and the mother notified Child Protective Services, which in turn notified Ogden Police about the incidents.
Conley said Locke was brought into the police station Monday for questioning, and he admitted to the sexual contact with the girl. He was arrested Tuesday after charges were screened through the Weber County Attorney's Office.
