SYRACUSE -- A Layton man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of sexually abusing two teenage girls.

Robert Lloyd Zesiger, 30, was booked into Davis County Jail on suspicion of three counts of forcible sexual abuse and one count of aggrevated sexual abuse.

OGDEN -- Despite the fact the teenage victim appears to be recanting, prosecutors are going to take a former Ben Lomond High School swim coach to trial next month on sexual abuse charges.

Trial dates of Dec. 14-16 were confirmed Tuesday in 2nd District Court for Jamie Waite, 35, regarding a sexual relationship alleged with a then-17-year-old member of the swim team.

Waite was a volunteer coach until the charges were filed last spring.

OGDEN -- An Ogden man was charged Thursday for two counts of sexually abusing a girl.

FARMINGTON -- A South Davis Metro Fire Agency captain has been charged with sexually abusing a child.

South Davis Metro Fire Capt. Bradley Dean Freeze, 42, of Kaysville, was arrested Saturday and booked into Davis County Jail, said Kaysville Police Capt. Brent Ward.
