Filed in February 2010, the suit brought by Marcia Eisenhour, former chief administrator of the Weber County Justice Court, accused Judge Craig Storey of two years of unwanted sexual advances.

A key piece of evidence was an 11-page, handwritten, mildly erotic love poem Storey wrote about Eisenhour.

GOP race shifts following Cain decision to suspend campaign

Interns often feel they have nowhere to turn when sexually harassed

CHICAGO -- The young woman ignored the school principal's voicemails asking her to meet for cocktails. Her eventual reply, after persistent text messages that included explicit sexual requests and a photo of his private parts, was emphatic: "LEAVE ME ALONE!!"

By the time she had gotten 40 texts and phone messages from the principal in five days, the woman, who had met the principal during a college internship, was not merely fed up, but afraid. She turned to her mother, her pastor and his wife for advice.

"Get the bastards," the woman recalled her mother saying. "Go to police."

Skirmishes drag on in lawsuit

OGDEN -- Weber County's lawyers would like to keep a woman suing for sexual harassment from contacting her former co-workers.

Sharon Bialek, a Chicago-area woman, accused Cain on Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, of making an unwanted sexual advance against her in 1997. Cain’s campaign instantly issued a denial. “All allegations of harassment against Mr. Cain are completely false,” it said.
