LOGAN -- The Fremont Silverwolves went up to Romney Stadium to avenge last year's loss to Sky View Bobcats. The Silver Wolves took extra time to find the outcome but came up short in overtime with Sky View's winning on a 32-yard field goal by kicker Brock Warren.
Both teams offenses moved the ball efficiently up and down the field throughout the game, but it took some timely defensive stops on both sides of the ball to keep the game close.
In the end it was the Bobcats' defense that stepped up to secure the victory.
Sky View quarterbacks Kyler Carlsen and Fremont quarterback and Brody Garr were both impressive on offense, leading both their squads to a nail-biting finish.
Big plays on fourth downs sent the game into overtime, which ultimately ended in a Bobcat victory.
