Streaking teens carry BB gun to ward off attacking deer

OGDEN — Four young people ran naked through the street, one armed with a BB gun, early Sunday morning.

Around 2 a.m. Sunday, a male reported that his girlfriend saw three males and a female streaking along Bonneville Terrace Drive, near 5200 South, according to the Weber County Sheriff’s Office. The news release from the sheriff’s office also indicates that the girlfriend saw one of the males carrying a BB gun.

The area is just to the southeast of the Ogden city limits in a residential area of unincorporated Weber County.

PHILADELPHIA -- Juan Rodriguez -- the unemployed Staten Island man who in a bid to win $1 million ran naked through crowded Oct. 10 campaign rally in Pennsylvania where President Barack Obama spoke -- left a Philadelphia courtroom Friday fully clothed, still unemployed and on 24 months probation.

Rodriguez, 24, said nothing during the stipulated trial before Municipal Court Judge Lydia Y. Kirkland that lasted much less than his 15 minutes of fame, or notoriety.

In a stipulated trial, the prosecutor and defense lawyers agree to the facts in a case and the judge renders the verdict.

Assistant District Attorney Brandyn Hicks and defense attorney William J. Brennan barely finished speaking when Kirkland rattled off guilty verdicts for disorderly conduct, open lewdness and indecent exposure and then imposed sentence.
