Trece lawyer wants $62K in attorney fees; charges from as many as 250 arrests under injunction may be up in the air

OGDEN -- With the demise last week of Weber County's anti-gang injunction, a Trece lawyer has filed a motion demanding $62,760 in attorney fees.And the Weber County Attorney's Office hasn't ruled out the possibility it may have to dismiss the charges from the likely more than 250 arrests made under the Trece injunction in its three-year run.
