GI forum seeks photos for tribute

OGDEN — The American GI Forum is collecting pictures of Latino military veterans, both living and deceased, as well as active-duty soldiers, for a tribute video.

The video will be presented at the group’s first Military Recognition Ball on Feb. 11 at the Marriott Hotel, 247 24th St., Ogden. Organizers hope to make the event an annual one.

To participate in the video, send the photos to Elaine Gallegos at elainemgallegos@msn.com.

Photos must include name, branch and dates of service. Subjects do not have to be in uniform, but it is preferred.
