UVU chosen to participate in program with China

OREM -- Utah Valley University is one of 10 schools nationwide chosen to participate in the International Academic Partnership Program.

The federal program is aimed at increasing international partnerships between U.S. colleges and those in China.

Participating campuses will form a faculty task force that will work on prospective partnerships with institutions in China. Those partnerships could include joint programs, student exchanges or faculty connections for collaborative research and training.

Each institution will also conduct an institution-wide inventory of events pertaining to China and develop a strategic plan focused on partnership with China.
