SALT LAKE CITY -- Two men parachuted from the 26th floor of a Salt Lake building and managed flee before police arrived.
Police Lt. Melody Gray says they received reports of parachuters at the LDS Church Office Building Friday afternoon and now are searching for their silver SUV.
She says witnesses reported the two jumped from the 420-foot-tall observation deck and then landed smoothly in a parking lot across the street.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports two men pulled the same stunt 15 years ago and one of them was arrested.
