COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS -- The body of a Utah man reported missing since Valentine's Day was found in a backyard about a mile from his home.
KUTV-TV reported Thursday that police discovered the body of 74-year-old Don Adamson after a homeowner in Cottonwood Heights found the body wedged between a fence and some shelving near his shed.
Police say the homeowner first thought the body was a jacket left on the ground by one of his children.
A preliminary examination by the state medical examiner's office indicates the body had been there for a few days.
