S. Ogden man in RI drug bust pleads guilty

PROVIDENCE, R.I.  -- A Utah man charged in one of Rhode Island's largest-ever drug busts has pleaded guilty in federal court.

Adilson Reyes, of South Ogden, Utah, admitted Thursday to one count of conspiracy to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine. The 29-year-old is one of three men arrested in January during a bust that netted over $1.2 million in cash and 65 kilograms of cocaine.

Steven D. DiLibero, Reyes' attorney, declined to comment on the plea.

The other two men -- Armando Saucedo, of Hacienda Heights, Calif., and Andrew Rios, of Downey, Calif. -- were indicted Wednesday on three drug- and gun-related charges. They are set to be arraigned May 2. Their attorneys have not returned calls seeking comment.
