FARMINGTON -- The Davis County Attorney's Office is considering if it will file formal charges against two people arrested Saturday in a road rage incident.
Assistant Davis County Attorney Steve Major said his office wants to be sure a Roy woman and an Ogden man were perpetrators, not victims, in a case that started in Sunset and ended in West Point.
"There are multiple agencies involved in the investigation, and we need to see all the police reports first before we file charges," Major said.
Sunset police booked the two into Davis County Jail on no bail Saturday after they were arrested near 75 S. 2000 West, in West Point.
Sunset Police Chief Ken Eborn said a Clinton officer near West Point saw a green Ford Escort that was believed to be involved in an incident in which shots were fired at 457 W. 2400 North, Sunset.
Officers are looking for a black car that was also reportedly involved. Police found firearms in the Escort, but did not connect them with the shooting.
