A couple of halls of fame will soon open their doors for new members.
The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference will induct six athletes and two teams in July to the RMAC Hall of Fame. The group includes Julie Jenkins-Donley, a standout runner at Adams State.
A Plain City native, Jenkins-Donley earned 19 All-America honors in cross country and the 800 and 1,500 meters through the years at Adams State and BYU, and participated in the Barcelona Olympics. Her 1985 NAIA national indoor championship team will also be inducted on July 20 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
