Clearfield approves waste collection service agreement

CLEARFIELD -- Sticking with the same garbage removal provider means unchanging rates for residents.

The city council recently approved an agreement for residential solid waste collection services. The current agreement expires June 30. The new agreement, beginning July 1, is for a two-year period.

Waste Management of Utah, Inc., who currently provides services, was one of four bidders.
