Mayor Scott Harbertson said he recently met with Jason Burningham, a consultant from Lewis, Young, Robertson and Burningham, a firm hired to conduct a study of city water rates, to discuss the city’s water rates. Officials believe the commercial rate was not adequately reviewed before the new rates were implemented in 2010.
