Carolyn's journey in life began on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 1938, in Arkansas. She was the only "princess" born in the town of Oil Trough on that day.
She was raised in Brigham City Utah and attended school in Box Elder and Weber Counties. She was the "IT" girl among her friends and was a cheerleader during those days. The boys who were seated behind her in class, would dip her long hair into ink wells of the old time desk tops.
From Soda Shops and Poodle Skirts she married Lee Pons in her teenage years and they have been married 62 years.
Carolyn accomplished everything she attempted as a young mother. She loves children and to this day, she is the worlds greatest "Baby Whisperer".
Among her many talents, she was a Bowling Champion throughout the 1970's. She enjoyed the busy routine of cooking, cleaning and raising her three sons, Jeff, Randy and Steve. Her children always came first and she still claims she would like to go back to those days.
Carolyn now has numerous grandchildren and she has gained adoration from every life that she has ever touched.
Among her greatest joys in life is spending time with her family and friends.
Special thanks to her beautiful granddaughter, Rachel for the kind of love that every Grandmother deserves to receive.
Happy Birthday to our Hall of Fame Wife,
Mother, and Grandma.
We love you so much!
