Happy 80th Birthday!: Judy Sartor Gabourie

Judy was born Jan. 12, 1939 in Salt Lake City to Frank and Grace Sartor. She was raised in Farmington with four brothers; Steve, Allen (deceased), Brent and John (deceased).

Judy graduated from Davis High and attended Weber State College. She worked for Clayton & Gould, attorneys; Marquardt, Thiokol, Hardy Scales, and Boeing.

In 1961 she married Dee Wolsey and had a son, Michael. They were later divorced. In 1969 she married her sweetheart and life partner James Gabourie. She gained two more sons, Steve Houston and Jack Gabourie. She and Jim had a son Allen together. Four sons -- what a blessing and then ten grandkids came along and two great-grandkids.

Jim and Judy loved to travel and went down many happy trails together until his death in 2012. Her hobbies are sewing, crafts, singing, and duplicate bridge. She is an active member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church where a family celebration will be held.
