Terri Ann Barlow Love

1964 – 2021

Terri Ann Barlow Love, 57, passed away unexpectedly on October 4th, 2021. Our hearts are broken but we take comfort in knowing that she is with the angels and her beloved brother Brett.

Terri was born on September 11th, 1964 in Cañon City, Colorado to Bernard and Vonda Wright Barlow. She grew up in Washington Terrace and graduated from Bonneville High School. Terri attended Weber State University and worked for 36 years for the Internal Revenue Service. She met her husband Bill at work and they enjoyed 36 happy years together. They had a daughter named Kelsey and for the Love family, three was indeed the magic number.

Terri retired in September of 2020 and was looking forward to spending the rest of her life with her family. She was taken from us much too soon and she will be greatly missed. We love you, Sweetheart. Rest well.

Terri is survived by her husband Bill, daughter Kelsey, son-in-law Mitch, mother Vonda Shupe, brother Sean Barlow, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives and dear friends. Per Terri’s wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no traditional funeral service.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the Officers of the Sunset and Clinton Police Departments, the Davis County Dispatchers and Paramedics and the North Davis Fire District. Your compassion and professionalism during a very difficult time means the world to us.
