Amelia L. Stone

1949 –­ 2022

Amelia L. Stone passed away January 19, 2022. She was born April 10, 1949, in Ogden, Utah to Howard W. and Verla J. Anderson Lythgoe. She graduated from Ben Lomond High in 1967. Amelia married Jesse E. Stone on October 17, 1980.

She enjoyed crocheting, crafting, traveling and her kids and grandkids.

Amelia is survived by her husband Jesse; children LeeAnn (Curtis) Dorney, Kimberly Monson and Jenny Adams; 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, brother Joe (Julie) Lythgoe, 2 sisters Darlene Lindley, and Diane Bills and Big Boy.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. with a viewing prior from 1 to 2 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Amelia’s name to the John Moran Eye Center.
