She married Delbert Pershing Williams on June 18, 1948, and was sealed in the Salt Lake Temple June 18, 1963. Charlotte was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She worked at Hill Air Force Base as a production controller in scheduling for 24 years. Charlotte was an intelligent woman who was very accomplished in her work.

She was a beloved sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all. She was a nurturing and constant support in her family’s lives. They loved spending time with her, sharing cookies and laughing at jokes.

Charlotte enjoyed having lunch with senior citizens and making connections with friends from the community. Her passion for life was paralleled by her love of family and friends.

Her unconditional love will be missed by her sister Joyce Hayward, children David (Judy) Williams, Ginger (Ronald) Brown, and Charlene (Monte) Kelso, 7 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 6 siblings.

The family would like to express appreciation for all the kindness and compassion from the community, medical caregivers and medical facilities.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Plain City 4th Ward, 2335 N 4350 W Plain City, Utah, with a viewing prior at the church from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM, with interment at the Plain City Cemetery, 4373 W 1975 N, Plain City Utah.
