Brandie Marie Tuft Moody

December 7, 1975 ~ May 12, 2019

Brandie Marie passed away unexpectedly on Mother's Day, May 12, 2019, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born in Livermore, California on December 7, 1975, to Bonnie Jean Thomas and Dean Byard Tuft.

She graduated from Bonneville H.S. and went on to attend Weber State University in Ogden, Utah to became a Respiratory Therapist. She took her career very seriously, was a hard worker and formed many loving friendships with her co-workers. She was quoted as being a darn good respiratory therapist to her patients.^

Brandie had a vivacious personality and always made those around her laugh! She could come up with the wildest things that would just pop into her head and have anyone with her either trying to hide the giggles or right out crying with laughter! She was also the best ghost storyteller and had some of her cousins terrified and hiding under the covers by the time she was through. Her high-spirited behavior knew no bounds! She had an incredible, contagious laugh.

Brandie fought long and hard to overcome the demons who plagued her thoughts when she was at her lowest. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and throughout her life, she was grateful for her Savior and had a deep love for her Heavenly Father.

She is survived by her mother Bonnie Tuft Chesnik, her father Dean B Tuft, her brother Chad Tuft and the three loves of her life, her children, a son Christian and twins Mercedes and Mason Moody.

She was preceded in death by her step-father Ron Chesnik, who many times was her partner in mischief but also her strongest supporter!
