Wayne Hadley passed away peacefully in his sleep January 18, 2019 at the age of 66. He was born May 5, 1952 in Ogden to Robert L. and Elsie M. Pratt Hadley. He graduated from Ogden High School and served our country in the military during the Vietnam War. He married his sweetheart, Brenda Farnsworth, December 30, 1987.

Wayne retired from Hill Air Force Base after 34 years in 2007. He also worked for the town of Huntsville for the past 26 years and will be greatly missed by the town. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Wayne was the type of man who would stop to help any stranger in need and was always there to help a friend or his family. He enjoyed hunting, camping, collecting antiques, but his greatest joy were all his grandkids.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Brenda; five children, Erin (Bill) Penor, Wayne (Tina) Hadley, Angela (Brady Jensen) Hadley, Stephanie (Brady) Briskey, Cody (Amanda) Hadley; nephews that he helped raise, Adrian (Keishla) Hadley, Angel (Felicia) Hadley; 13 grandchildren, Braxton, Jaxon, Makayla, ShaeLynn, Ian, Grant, Mason, Hayden, Hudson, Hamilton, Paityn, Skye and Axl; siblings, Barbara (Val) Butler, Robert (Kay) Hadley and Frank Hadley.

Wayne is preceded in death by his loving parents Robert L. and Elsie M. Pratt Hadley; sisters, Linda (Ken) Groberg and Cherilyn Christensen.

The Family would like to give a special thank you to the town of Huntsville, Mayor Jim Truett and Huntsville's 1st ward for their support, generosity and prayers during this difficult time.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 25, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Huntsville 1st Ward, 277 S. 7400 E. Huntsville, UT. Viewings will be held at the church Thursday the 24th between 6 and 8 p.m. and Friday between 12:00-12:45 p.m.

Interment, Huntsville Cemetery.
